Project

An online free school based primarily in Kakogawa, Hyogo Prefecture, for children and students who are not attending school, with the aim of helping them develop the ability to shape their own futures. The school provides online learning opportunities, including academic support, a safe and welcoming community, inquiry-based learning, and creative activities. I am involved as co-director and instructor.

GRANDSLAM is an innovative coworking and event space in Fukushima, Osaka, built around the concepts of “growth, co-creation, and connection.” Known for its exceptional community-building and networking capabilities, I am involved as a staff member and community manager.

SHAREHOUSE AKANE is a share house (collective house) located in Konohana, Osaka. As the project manager, I am responsible for planning and managing community-focused programs and activities, with the aim of fostering a vibrant residential community and putting the concept of co-living into practice.

A study tour for junior high and high school students organized by Ridilover Inc. Students visit sites where people are working to address social issues and engage directly with those affected by the issues as well as leading changemakers. I participate as a staff member, supporting students as they explore the issues and seriously consider what actions they can take themselves.

A research community connecting people who “edit and shape communities,” founded on the idea of bringing people together across regions to explore the future of media and community development. I am involved as a member of the secretariat.

Workshops and speaking engagements on topics such as interviewing and career design for students and working professionals, conducted in collaboration with schools, educational institutions, boards of education, companies, and other organizations.

A social project that creates personal life histories to help people develop a deeper appreciation of their own lives while preserving and passing down their individual wisdom to future generations.
